 All our lodges have greatly enhanced wall construction .The plumbing complies with all relevant British Standard and water by laws. Central heating is supplied in either natural gas or LPG gas installed to Corgi specification and standard electric heating is also available. The electrical installation is fitted to comply with NICEIC regulations.
There are a wide variety of external claddings available from timber to synthetic and rough cast finish.
All our lodges fully comply with all statutory legal and planning definition within the mobile home act, with a small alteration can be constructed to meet building regulations.
A fitted lodge includes:
